An Engagement Session at Bee Rock Overlook
I knew just a few minutes into my first conversation with Kristen and Mo that they were my kind of people. I always love meeting up with potential clients for coffee if possible to show them a full wedding gallery and get to know them. During our time together Kristen and Mo told me their story, we laughed and quoted The Office…and I crossed my fingers the whole time that they were impressed with what I was showing them, because I knew they would be such a great couple to work with! After our coffee date, I decided to make a pit stop at the grocery store (a 5 minute drive). I looked down at my phone once I had parked to see this email awaiting me already:
Direct quote from Kristen: …*emails as soon as we pull out of the parking lot* …we’d love to have you as our photographer!
YAY! I will forever be pinching myself that they did!! I haven’t even shot their wedding yet, but after this engagement session I know it will be a day full of love and amazing photos.
I say this about a lot of my sessions, but I really mean it every time (I am so blessed with the most amazing couples!) – this was hands down one of my favorite sessions to date!!
When Kristen and Mo asked if we could do the session at Bee Rock Overlook, I had to look it up because I had never heard of it – only to discover it is just a few miles down the road from where I went to college?! How had I never heard of this amazing place?? I was super excited to go for the first time for their session, and it did not disappoint!
Kristen and Mo – thank you guys again for deciding to hire me and let me tag along on this amazing journey of yours (and for introducing me to this AMAZING location!)! I absolutely cannot wait for your wedding next year, and I hope you enjoy these photos!!
