These two! Sandra and Tim are seriously the nicest and most down to earth people I have ever met.
I actually had the pleasure of meeting Sandra back in college, and we quickly became friends. Her joy is so infectious! We actually became such good friends that she was kind enough to let me practice on her when I decided I wanted to take my photography to the next level. See me blinding her with that awful DIY reflector pictured below? That’s true friendship right there – this girl had my back! Her beautiful face became one of the first to hit the original Lindsey Brown Photography website after that session! She later even became one of my bridesmaids and caught the bouquet at my wedding! I seriously love this girl.
Future clients: do not worry! I have greatly upgraded my gear since my college days and will not bring this DIY reflector (cardboard covered with aluminum foil) to our session ha!
So, when Sandra asked me to photograph her and Tim’s engagement session, I was truly humbled. Looking back on those photos of Sandra that I took back in college has shown me how I’ve grown as a photographer over the last few years. Thank you Sandra for trusting me then and now and for all the support you’ve given me over the years as I pursue this dream of mine.
Photographing Sandra and Tim was a blast, not only because I got to catch up with an old friend, but because they are SO. MUCH. FUN. And they are SO in love! Just look at them!
