This fall has been one of my busiest but favorite engagement seasons ever – I have absolutely loved getting to know my 2022 wedding couples, including Sam and Cody!
Here’s their love story from Sam’s perspective:
Cody and I first met on Hinge, the app made to be deleted. We facetimed for a while, and he asked me to come over for a movie night. He bought ALL of my favorite snacks and had everything ready. Sadly, I had a family friend emergency and was unable to make it. He of course thought it was an excuse to get out of the date; however, we planned to meet up for a different date. Thankfully, the first date was nothing shy of amazing. After that date we began to hang out more and more. He would laminate all of my school papers and always was invested in my students. I knew something was different about him. He finally mustered up the courage to ask me out, and I said I needed time. Two days later I texted him and asked if I could change my answer. The rest is history and now I get to spend forever with my best friend.
How sweet is that?? Absolutely cannot wait to photograph their wedding at The Barn at Fiddle Dee Farms next fall!
